One of my bosses insisted we read the manual before he would help. He also believed in sending his people to courses and I got to go to SHARE because of him. We had one user that would periodically drop into his office to get a solution to a problem and many times in the process of describing the problem he would come up with the solution. My boss felt that the user just needed a sounding board most times and I always found this user capable and a good person to work with. > >Lionel B.
