Again, whenever anyone notices a problem with ServiceLink, please call the IBMLink Help Desk at 800-543-3912 and get a problem ticket opened. I have good reason to believe that there is considerable attention being paid to these

Obviously not enough, IMO or this would have been addressed by now. BTW, its not only "availability" issue IMO it is the whole 3270 issue as well. While one could maybe combine them into one issue they *BOTH* need to be addressed.

As I said in an email of a few minutes ago, this is a similar issue to OCO and really needs a thorough listening to about the issues on both sides.
