AFAIK, every program on APF list *can* do dangerous things including
bypass security - can't it ?
What about programs on SCHEDxx list ?
So, does the company also request source code for every module in
every library that require APF-authorization ?

No, they sold the mainframe 18 months ago; part of the reason I've been
unemployed (except for occaisional consulting gigs) for the last three
years.
