"I never understood the auditor/sysprog paranoia about letting "normal" users have access to the operator "Display" commands"
I don't know about your shop, but at ours it gets to be a pain when users call to complain because: "my job is 20th on the queue" "it looks like there are an awful lot of abends today , what are you guys doing about it?" "why is job such-and-such allowed to generate 20 million lines?" We also had similar problems with programmers and RMFMON before we protected it. It's not that I don't want them to see the information, it's that they don't understand the information they see, and then they complain to me about it.
