Not to disagree with you too much. But a long time ago (10+ years) I
moved jes2 init deck out of parmlib.
2 reasons at that time (IIRC) parmlib had to be 80-80 (f) and I kept
having to compress it and the other reason was was that the network
people needed (at times) to browse the member and I could not give
out read access to only one member.
