sometimes flips over to parse_catalog !
Sorry for the scanty information...but, I really do not know where to
begin looking for this problem.

You also might want to look at your above the line storage limit. Java
LOVES virtual storage. If you are using the 64 bit version of JAVA you
will also need to have a non-zero MEMLIMIT set for your address space.
