I've worked with Al for some years now - longer than I like to think about 
(for reasons both obvious & subtle) - and I think he has a pretty good 
sense of humor.  We had a couple of chuckles about this thread this 
morning. 

We both actually thought we'd hear more about the catalog problem we 
experienced yesterday but this seems to be the big thread today.
