AMASPZAP opens the SYSLIB dataset with a DCB, not an ACB, so it can't
open a VSAM dataset.

In addition, SPZAP can be used to inspect and modify data other than
executable programs. Examples of such types of data are:

o A VSAM sequential or indexed data set.

That's a bit of a surprise, Bob. When did that capability come to
AMASPZAP? The last utility I knew of that could "ZAP" a VSAM cluster was
the old VSAMZAP program, from (probably) 20 years ago. (I used it many
times to good effect, and loved it!)
