Hello: In the manual z/OS MVS Programming: Assembler Services Reference, Volume 1 (ABEND-HSPSERV) Publication No. SA22-7606-08 in the CSVQUERY macro, it mentions the OUTVALID option as indicating if the returned output fields are valid or not. Does a RC=0 imply that -all- of the returned fields are valid, and a RC=4 implies that it would be then necessary to use the OUTVALID field to see which returned fields are valid? Or is it necessary to always check the OUTVALID field to see if the returned data is actually valid? This manual does not provide details.
