Can we have a cataloged 9 character dataset?
<SNIP>

In days gone by, yes, you could have such a thing cataloged. However,
with DFSMS (as it currently is on our 1.8 system) I can't catalog such.
And it is now giving me a PIA in deleting them from two different DASD
units using IEFBR14!

I can create it, but I can't delete it -- because I get a JCL error!
