If it seems I'm picking nits then just ignore me. (-:  But I've been following 
this and trying to understand it and to be honest it doesn't always make sense.

May I ask, do you mean that IBM is being a jerk about FLEX because of the FSI 
situation?  

In other words, is this true:  IBM had a problem with FSI, and because of this 
the FLEX AD/CD situation suffered as collateral damage.
