Empirical testing shows this is being done automatically by z/OS.
Just now, I executed STCKE on three different systems in the same
sysplex. The results were:
00C107EE 0C22F4E3 60000000 01090001
00C107EE 43B7E725 60000000 01040002
00C107EF 1754838B 40000000 01040003
The last byte appears to be the sysplex member number in each case.
