The results Edward Jaffe posted are of course entirely correct and
reproducible for simple, "vanilla" sysplexes. There are, however, some more
complex situations in which default prefix values do not ensure uniqueness.
I have asked the client for whom I resolved one such problem to authorize my
making the details of his situation public. When I receive this
authorization, I will post a paraphrase of his problem and its remedy.
