Just to add my 2 cents. Who is running the computer systems for LAX? My flight was delayed 15 hours. Do they have "heavy accents"?
Not to add to much fuel to the fire. There was an article about hospitals and CAT_SCANS. Some (most?) hospitals have outsourced the reading of catscans to another country. Your doctor just reads the results.
I can attest to some of this as I had a catscan several months ago. The person who read it put his interpretation on it. The one doctor that had ordered it just read off the other doctors notes on it. I had a surgeon look at it and he said the person who wrote it didn't have a clue and explained to me why. So, if you have a catscan and there is something unusual it is best to have a good second opinion.
