Sounds like good logic to me :  "Because it's there"....

Why is your Storage areas above the BAR ?

I am looking for an "Application reason"  ex. a) We loaded our Data into 
memory because the Database we have is too slow
b) We had a Systems Programmer that likes to play and he decided to put 
certian buffers above the bar...
