Thanks to all those who responded. I could solve the problem by selecting
sysplex timer and setting an timer offset in the image profile of the LPAR.
Deactivated/activated test LPAR, IPL-ed the system with CLOCKxx
OPERATOR NOPROMPT
USS and TSO now both show future date.
