Conclusion : You should go and look at the profile of "Computer Companies" doing business in the USA. Then you relate the questions via the email addresses and you will get a better view of the quality of service you can expect from these companies. Go and buy a book at your local book store.. think it is called Hoover's Manual to Computer companies in the USA.
