I Thank you all for the Help & support from this list on this Issue.
All your help was very useful to identify the problem.

In the Restoration JCL, I tried with the following option 
SYS1T.WEEKLY.AUSR06.BKPDSNS(-1), it worked out successfully.

Earlier I had tried with the GDG base & Version on the tape as follows 

SYS1T.WEEKLY.AUSR06.BKPDSNS.G0021V00
