Sam,

We set the parm to 'SQA(80%),ESQA(99%)' and the severity to LOW which 
just causes the exception to be logged without alerting anyone.  In talking to 
VSM about OA15758, I made a similar observation about overflow being 
common (especially for ESQA).  I'd like to turn off the ESQA check and just 
run the SQA check.
