Steve has the right idea maybe it should be carried one step further. Just as an idea, how about if the list owner can insert some identifier to the email so that we can filter on say "raw recruit" in the subject line. The owner of the list can maintain a list of email address's that have sent in such messages. Just a possibility or maybe someone else can suggest another way.
