Hi, We had created the stand alone tape for the IPL. Now we are trying to load it from Tape.
We specify the Load address on the HMC screen as 890 ( which is our tape device ) We had mounted the tape before we tried to load & also the tape device were brought to offline in other LPAR's The Tape we created is a non labelled one. below is the error we are getting in the HMC Verify the following conditions: - The specified load address is correct - The load address can be found for the partition by using the CPC to start the 'Input/Output (I/O) Configuration' task in the 'CPC Configuration' task list. - Refer to the operations guide for this console in order to view the load address for the logical partition. If the problem continues, select Service. Is there anything we are missing here, please help on this.
