First, let's try the obvious. Did you try using 0890 (four digit device number) for the load address?
There are also some special load parameters you should use with Standalone Dump. I can't remember them right now, but I'm sure they are documented in the books. It would also help if you could give us the exact codes as shown in the HMC screen(s).
