Several years ago we implemented an all-SMS solution. Before that space abends were the Number 1 cause of production problems. Those problems have all but disappeared. We did it all ourselves, no consultants needed. All in all, the price could not be beat.

I have read some postings that some shops use SMS to replace StopX37. If
anyone has done this, can you please give me a brief explanation of how you
accomplished this.
