I see where you are going... but what does that have to do
with the price of tea in China (American saying)?  If we need to
reconfigure our DASD, we have an outage also.    With the newer
versions of Sun/STK software you can add / change just about
anything on the fly (although we do have scheduled outage windows 
so we don't have to use those features).
