JOBNAME or OWNER (or both)?  From your description I'd expect to see the
JOBNAME as BLOGGS and the OWNER as FREDDY.

What userID does your RIN03 give it?

Can you not just define BLOGGS.* in the STARTED class, and assign an
appropriate userID in STDATA?
