Since I inadvertantly started this topic, if not this thread, I'd like to add a small comment. I, like all but about one contributor, do not like the direction this topic has gone. I *do* think it is appropriate to have Scott's new status made public so others don't make the same mistake I did - attributing an IBM context to a comment by Scott - but I absolutely do not draw the same conclusion Ed did. I think this change says something good about CA, not something bad about Scott. As others have said, there have always been been good technical staffs in some of the worst companies. CA just demonstrated it is still intent on having good technical staff.
