They don't take another one, and I have no way of forcing another one. And they had no idea when the problem would be fixed.

How convenient for IBM that it is sooo much harder now to get them to work on a sev1, where our email system crashed crashed several times loosing transaction logs and for more than a week now they have no clue why. >Naturally, 3270 access is still working fine.
