At least there is an easy to find indication on the page that there is
an issue.  I always viewed other outages with a certain disdain due to
the fact that they had the ability to put something on the webpage to
indicate that there is an issue but would not place an indicator on any
of the pages.

I think IBM may be causing the problems themselves in order to push the
psi-interface.  It is part of their green initiative to plant chips in
our heads, so we can just think about opening an ETR and viola there
will be instant contact with someone who can solve our issues. <VBG>
