I spoke too soon.  It worked once, but now it busted again.  It is not
now working for anyone at our site.  Does it work at anyone's site?

know if IBM changed the location or if something just got messed up in
your URL, but when I tried to go to it I got a "can't display" message
out of my browser.  So I did a little experimenting.  I think this is
