guess you mean BS3000 - it was a copy of MVS as i said .
BS2000 is different - i had to run some benchmarks in 2002 -
no JCL and no TSO , but ESCON attached EMC and IBM DASD..
and yes - both Hitachi and Fujitsu copied MVS .

I don't know roots of BS2000, but I saw some marketing documents
describing features of BS2000. Many names were similar to z/OS (MVS)
components. I vaguely rememer names similar to JCL, SDSF, TSO, ISPF...

BTW: I believe that Hitachi VOS and Fujitsu MSP are VERY SIMILAR to MVS.
I saw some manuals i.e. STK software implementation for MSP or EMC
software for VOS. You can find VTAM, JCL, JES, datasets. To much similar
to be coincidence.

I also heard about legal issues with (at least) MSP. As far as I heard
both MSP and VOS are not legally sold outside Japan.

I heard about another system using some components similar to IBM:
Unisys mainframes were using ESCON channels, although the OS wasn't
similar. How it's called ? Amadeus ?
