This looks like a huge battle that is going to have more far-reaching results than M/S, Intel, IBM and others anticipate, if IBM doesn't settle out of court with these guys. One of the things may be a ruling by a court (or finding) having to do with what constitutes reverse engineering, emulation, simulation, etc. And I don't think anyone will be quite happy with the end result. And, I would not be surprised if IBM didn't wind up back under some "consent degree" again.
