Thanks for all the (ambivalent) answers, To be honest we did have a failure of one of our CECs last week and DB2 sharing group didn't survive it beacuse of lack of duplexing SCA and LOCK structures (in fact, only GBP structures was duplexed). We have two CECs, on each of them is a pair (CF and one node of sysplex). But we don't want to implement this duplexing without some testing (performance overhead and so on). I only wanted to know what are common practices. but today I'm not much wiser than yesterday:)
