Search Google for "fuzz testing".  I've long supposed the wastebasket
was a good reservoir of test data.  Or a load module with attributes
overridden; might even exercise with an I/O error.

Also search Google for IBM's "Black Team".  I like the idea that
their vernacular said a test had "succeeded", not "failed" when
it exposed a defect.  That was their raison d'ĂȘtre.
