In the z9 boxes, it is in the HMC and it can be turned on and off from there 
WITHOUT requiring a POR.  ResourceLink has the instructions how.

We have done it about 3 times, during certain peak times.  Your vendor or IBM 
rep can give you all the details you need.

Since 2003, OOCoD goes either way dynamically.

DR boxes? Highly limited/restricted frequency? Are you thinking of CBU?
