I HAVE DID IT!  Successfully!  We've now got a sticky-bright ICH302D msg on 
that console as we speak!  and it ain't rolling off!

My boss says he thinks he remembers that we used to have another console 
defined for our former security admins, and the Routcd=9 (security) messages 
were sent only to them.

I have Varied the "master" console to Add Rout=9 -- and will consider Alan's 
suggestion about all-except-11 before our next IPL on Jan 13.
