I would guess that BLDWTOR is an internal DFSMS test tool which works in
concert with an internal tool IEAVXMIT exit.

Based on that guess, I respectfully submit that the program and related
exit should be provided to the installer in the SAMPLIB dataset. It
could go a LOOONG way in helping a shop reduce dependancy on a so-called
"scheduling package". And sample code in SAMPLIB datasets is typically
unsupported, so a support commitment could be avoided.
Certainly worth consideration, don't you think, Jim? Even if it doesn't
go anywhere.......
