Tom, SYNCGENR runs fine. You will get a message which states that the LRECL will be changed but the job runs to RC=0 with both the DSCB reflecting the correct length and the RDW of each individual record should be correct also. I tested when the output LRECL was both larger and smaller. In both cases the results were correct.
