IBM may have several different flavor of such things, but as far as I know IBM calls them "Confidential Disclosure Agreement" - CDA. So you could truthfully say youu are not under an NDA. The only kind of CDA I've seen has been the kind relating to ESPs & Beta programs. Under those I was not supposed to mention that the program existed ... even in PMRs for the currently supported product! (My Extra Sensory Perception tells me this bug will still exist in the next release.) Sometimes the restriction make no sense, but they should still be followed.
