Greetings Listers,

We have a need to print the tilde and caret on some of our reports using
an Infoprint 4000 series printer attached to the mainframe via PSF over
IP. The reports contain 'xB0' (caret) and 'xA1' tilde, but 'xB0' prints
as a degree sign and 'xA1' prints as a blank. The degree sign for
'xB0' seems to match the ISO-8 character set, not EBCDIC/codepage 037
character set.

Is there a way to code a translation table for PSF printing, or is there
something on the printer that needs to change? Perhaps I am going the
wrong direction here, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Steve
