If you are using coded fonts, create a new coded fonts with appropriate code page you would prefer. This is usually done by copying the old one using ISPF and just changing the reference to CODEPAGES. Do not modify anything else. The procedure is also documented in the manual "Technical reference for IBM expanded core fonts" under "Appendix D. Creating Your Own Coded Fonts". You would have to identify what hexadecimal value you need or change the code pages to match the characters on the report. I will try x'4A' and x'A1'.
