IKFCBL00 was the program name for the "ANS COBOL" and "OS/VS COBOL"
products. MVT is before my time, but that MIGHT have been the "COBOL F"
product.

IKFCBL00 was the COBOL-F compiler from OS/360; the so-called ANS COBOL
compiler on OS/360 had a name that started with IEU.
Do a search for Charles Babbage. University of Minnesota has an
extensive collect of computer-related manuals. which they'll XREOX for
you, on a per-page charge. You might find what you need there, but
they're NOT cheap.
