On our Z9-BC (without STP), the support element(SE) is the authoritative time source. The HMC console and the system clock are syncronized daily to the SE clock. Therefore the time on the Z9 depends on the clock battery on a laptop PC.
We reset the SE clock and then do a POR. I try to coordinate the SE clock change and POR with the Fall time change.
