I'm pretty sure you have to SELECT it with a REDO to APPLY or ACCEPT it. I don't know of any report that will tell you about the REWORKed PTF. You also can't HOLD a rework level, AFAIK. Nor can you PRE a REWORK level. Keep in mind that REWORK is for *minor* changes. IMO, a minor change is something like a change to hold data or changed PRE, REQ or SUP.
