At my shop, I'd say they deserved what they get :) I took the other direction on this. When the extended stuff became available, we were DASD poor and frequent x37. I made striped and extended the default for most everything and my ACS routines grant exceptions where required. So I can use &DSORG = 'PO' use non-extended dataclass.
