Change this from HCD option 4, put 'C' next to the CU, press enter, then scroll right once. There is a column for 'CU Add' Also, when you define the devices, remove MP from access list to 3C00-3C08. Same goes for BP with 4C00-4C08. HCD should warn you if you didn't (can cause a loop).
