I was going to say that almost anyone could figure it out from the Planning: GRS book (http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/iea2g460/), but after reading 3.2.2.2.3 Residency time value (RESMIL), I can now understand the confusion that was the genesis of this thread.
