True. My point was, due to prior restraint, their unenforcable (at least, in Canada). They are a waste of bandwidth, disk-space, and time (especially when they are at the top). They add no value. You send me something that is valuable, it is not my problem. I'm free to do whatever I want with it, since I have made no arrangement otherwise.
