1.8 with a APAR and shipped by default in 1.9.

It is where you put system rexx programs that can run system commands.

What is dataset SYS1.SAXREXEC?  I looked on both our 1.4 and 1.7 systems
and its not there.  I assume it must be in 1.8 or 1.9.
