George, Not as a rule. However, if you doing a huge ESSO/ELA/OIO deal, etc., then I am sure you can get your sales team to give you what "appears to be" a discount. It just won't be in line item detail form.
But for a straight MLC discount without deals, use Variable Workload License charges.
