Your assumption is incorrect. There is no customer specific information automatically stored in any z/OS control block. About the best you could do would be to retrieve the CPU serial number and (assuming you use serial number based licensing) look up the customer information from your licensing database. Again, this assumes that your license database is available on z/OS.
